In short, if you’re looking for an easy way to get started with drones, the Mini 4K is a great place to begin. Weighing just 249g, it’s incredibly lightweight and portable, yet still manages to offer up to 31 minutes of flight time, a control range of around 10km, and crisp 4K video capture. Features like Level 5 wind resistance and a three-axis gimbal also help keep your footage smooth and stable, even when conditions aren’t perfect.Read A Air Photography Air Photography · 505K subscribers · Jun 2025
About a year ago DJI Launched the DJI Mini 4K and in my opinion this is probably the best budget and beginner friendly drone you can purchase. If you are looking to purchase your very first drone to capture your adventures and travel or perhaps just flying for fun I highly recommend the DJI Mini 4K. It is the cheapest traditional DJI Drone. DJI is the leader when it comes to consumer drones so you know you will have a high quality drone that is easy and safe to fly.Watch G
But, the good news is that for £250 you will be able to buy a NEW DJI Mini 4K drone that will do all of the above, reliably and easily. It will fly in winds of up to Beaufort Force 5 (‘level 5’ in drone-marketingspeak), 24mph/32kph, the batteries last for 31 minutes, it weighs 249g which puts it in the least restricted class, able to fly near buildings and over people (but not crowds). I have one and am v. happy with it!Read A Air Photography Air Photography · 505K subscribers · Apr 2024

The DJI Mini 4K is a great deal at full price, but it's an absolute steal at $60 off. You'll get everything you need to take to the air, including the drone, a battery, a charging cable, one pair of spare propellers, a screwdriver and a remote. You can clip the remote to your screen which will allow you to see through the drone's 'eyes', an experience in itself.Read T The Drone Creative The Drone Creative · 423K subscribers · Dec 2024
In fact, I would go as far as saying that I have been blown away by the video quality of this little drone considering its price. It punches well above its weight. Just take a look at some of these clips. They look absolutely beautiful. Whereas the mini 4K footage actually holds its own when played back on larger screens such as your laptop or computer, the DJI Neo footage is really only intended to be uploaded to social media and played back on smaller screens such as your smartphone.Watch T
This drone continues to hold the title of the best budget option in our best drones guide. With decent 4K video image quality, a 31-minute flight time, and downward obstacle sensing, you're getting a great collection of features for the price. And it's an even better buy now that you can get it for a record-low price once again.Read 5 51 Drones 51 Drones · 373K subscribers · Apr 2024

So if I talk about 4k drones, in the small model of Mini series, then this is the best model because in this, along with 4k, you also get a height of 120 meters. If I talk about its distance, O2 unit is installed in it and the company says that it has a distance of 10 km, but if I tell you normally, then this drone cannot go 10 km because its weight is 240 grams.Watch D David Ludlow Photography David Ludlow Photography · 4.7K subscribers · Dec 2024

Pretty insane bargain regardless if you're going for a new or a refurb unit. Now, my particular unit is a refurb model directly from DJI, and I only paid $239 for it. And I got to say, refurbished products versus brand new is pretty much the same exact thing. The only difference is you do have the refurb sticker on here, which is not really a big deal. They've led innovation in foldable drones, threeaxis gimbals, compact designs, and have set the standard when it comes to aerial video quality under 250 g. But lately, they've hit turbulence in the US with talks of bans, heavy tariffs, and regulation hurdles. That's where Specta steps in. A workaround, a shadow clone, or maybe just a clever pivot. Because the Specta Mini4K, it's reportedly made in the exact same facility as the DJI Mini4K with near identical hardware, but it's sold under a different name with slightly tweaked firmware, allowing it to dodge some of the geopolitical drama.Watch T The Krishna Vlogs The Krishna Vlogs · 832 subscribers · Oct 2025

Super lightweight, clean design, and it already feels like it's going to be fun to fly. This is what powers the drone. It gives you around 30 minutes or 31 to be exact of flight time, which is pretty decent for something this small. We also get this gimbal protector. It's really cheap plastic, but this keeps the camera safe when you're not flying. Definitely something you want to keep on when you're storing it or traveling with the drone. Hey. We also get some extra propellers just in case you clip something or have a rough landing. Nice to have some backups.Watch M Mirage Studio Mirage Studio · 29 subscribers · Aug 2025

Only Benefits of mini 4k i can see is a little better wind resistance and its cheaper. The neo 2 is quite cool as well. Might also be all you need. Its the flight time that puts me off but with a few batts perhaps not an issue. Basically i would not over think it. Any drone is good to get started and get a feel for it. Buy it if you want clips you can edit the same evening instead of straightening horizons one at a time.
