The fine folks at The New York Times' Wirecutter dubbed the Angels Horn H019 as the best all-in-one record player. These players, which usually combine the turntable with the amplifier and speakers, are often looked down upon in the record collecting community because they frankly don't sound great. Plus, if the speaker is under the record player, a rumbly bass line might send vibrations upwards, affecting playback. However, Wirecutter says that the H019 has a sound that's "much clearer and fuller" than your average all-in-one.Read G

Been listening to records on the @angelshornofficial H019 lately and I actually really enjoy it. Super easy to use, clean vintage look, and I like that it’s an all-in-one setup with built-in speakers — just plug it in and play records. The sound is warm and pleasant, perfect for everyday listening at home. Nothing overcomplicated, just vibes. Plus the Bluetooth is great when I’m not spinning vinyl and still want music in the room.View post S
And with this cool walnut finish to this record player, it really looks elegant and should fit nicely in most home decor styles. Now, setting up the H019 is straightforward, but there are a few things that you kind of need to do to get it going, right? So, we got to pop on the platter.Watch W
The Angels Horn H019 combines a well-built turntable with decent built-in speakers that sound cleaner and fuller than the competition.Read G
I have to say I'm very pleasantly surprised by it. It's uh For a start, it was packaged very, very well by Angel Horn. All these sort of loose components were separated and uh safely packaged away. So, it does definitely uh avoids any potential damage in transit, which is a good start. We've got a nice thick lid to it for sort of dust prevention, which is always good. And the actual platter itself, I think I believe to be aluminum. It looks pretty rigid. That's not the sort of heaviest one I've ever seen in the world, but it's certainly not the lightest.Watch W

The anti-skating adjustment is dubious at best, and the test unit ran slightly slow. Walmart buyer reviews add a third: unit variance, with some players skipping out of the box while others run for years without an issue. My advice is simple. Buy it, set the counterweight to 3.5 grams using the included protractor and a level shelf, and play a full record through in the first week. A good unit reveals itself immediately, and a bad one goes back inside the return window.Read S
