As I played a few hours of Doom Eternal’s horde mode, I kept thinking of the word “translation.” The AW2725D, like nearly all OLEDs faster than 200 Hz, translates your thoughts into action with no delay and no blur. About the only other monitor class on this level is an Ultra HD OLED at 240 Hz. So taken on a price/performance basis, the AW2725D clearly wins.

Felt premium, but I like their old box better. The stand and the back of the monitor is deep blue. Even though I thought I don't like it, in person, this is very nice. The plastic quality is good. Doesn't feel flimsy at all. The chin of the monitor is thin compared to what I am used to see and combined with semi- gloss coating. More on that later, this M screams a very premium look.

they both use the same 3rd gen QD-OLED panel so I would just pick AW2725D and save money, Dell also has good support system should you run into any problems.

Okay, so first impression here is that the quality of this monitor is awesome. Just entering here connecting the HDMI, I can see that it's much much better than the monitor that I had previously. uh which was not an OLED. And I'm testing here with a 4K video. And the quality of the image, it's honestly very very good. I mean, uh I don't know if with the camera it's easy to see. Pretty pretty good.

The Alienware AW2725D is the best value OLED monitor we’ve come across and, boy, do you get a LOT of monitor for your money. Not only does it have a bright, vibrant and colour accurate OLED panel, but it also refreshes at up to 280Hz and the resolution is a sharp 2,560 x 1,440.

The monitor is simply connected via DisplayPort, so how could Command Center write anything to the monitor itself? If I connect it to another PC and it behaves the same way, even though before installing Command Center everything was fine and the refresh rates were normal. The monitor itself works perfectly — it’s just that after shutting down, I still have to press the power button.
