Received this monitor last week Had glossy 3rd gen QD OLED and glossy 3rd gen WOLED before and my god this really is a decent upgrade, much less grey bandign aswell compared to my older WOLED and the better brightness and improved colors make me keep this over my 4k QD OLED

The monitor is honestly one of the most impressive gaming display I have tested. The moment it turns on, the screen looks incredibly sharp and colorful. It says 27 in QHD panel and the colors feel alive. Black look deep, bright areas look amazing and everything just pops. Now here's the crazy part. It has 20 280 Hz refresh rate. That means everything moves super smooth.

There are some detectable vertical bands on this screen although they’re very subtle on our sample and overall it looks good.

My Gigabyte MO27Q28G monitor is STILL going strong. Unreal vibrant colours, pitch dark blacks and fantastic performance.

The GIGABYTE MO27Q28G OLED Monitor is definitely one of the best-value WOLED monitor out in the market right now!

This is really great screen to get. very nice.

It's a complex situation; banding is a lottery. Let's say there's a 10-20% chance of having to return it. Aside from that, the only real problem is the grainy gray. I don't notice the banding in games; I've only encountered it rarely, in a specific area of ​​a particular game. I can still return it, but there don't seem to be any better options.

I picked up the Gigabyte M27Q28G last December and at first I wasn't sure if I was going to keep it. My first impression wasn't good. I had initially found it underwhelming and I felt as though the hype around OLED had been just that, over hyped. Sure the deep blacks were nice, but they weren't something I couldn't live without. Heck, even now I'm still using an IPS as my main monitor.
