Very happy with the Q2. So as far as the actual overall performance of engineering grade filaments are concerned for the broadterm uh filaments that most people will use in a workshop environment uh very happy with the results. Uh so I would recommend uh the Q2 for these types of filaments

But I would 100% choose a Chee tech over a P2S any day of the week even the P1S like if somebody told me hey I'll bring you a brand new Q2 if you give me your P2S done. No questions asked in a heartbeat would do it.

The Qidi Q2 3D printer offers exceptional reliability and ease of use in a compact, fully enclosed design, making it an ideal choice for educational settings, small businesses, and home workshops. While not the fastest, its consistent print quality and robust build provide excellent value.

Now, I'm 100% sure that the Q2 could reprint these much better than what they are.

Buy Q2 or Plus 4 without hesitation, I don't regret my decision at all. For the price of 700$ or 600€ in my country I got absolute unit of a printer.

The QIDIQ2 is better overall for advanced printing because its heated chamber, higher nozzle temperature, and broader material support give it more capability. Choose the Creity K2 if you mainly print everyday materials and want a fast, compact machine. But choose the Q2 when temperature control and material flexibility matter most

Here, Chee Tech is clearly trying to build a printer that feels accessible but still capable enough to satisfy users who want to grow into more advanced printing later. Then we have full auto leveling, and honestly, that matters a lot more than flashy marketing sometimes suggests. First layer issues are one of the most common reasons people get frustrated with 3D printers, especially early on.

I think this printer, and even as a package with the Qidi Box, offers outsanding value. The big drawback? It's new. And Qidi, along with many Chinese printer brands, do have a history of releasing products with insufficient testing. That's up to you to value. Now, if you're all that sure that you'll only use PLA and PETG? Well, you're probably better with the A1 mini. But since you're looking for

The Q2 is relatively smooth and quiet while printing, though it keeps a fan running even when idle, ironically making it both among the quietest and loudest printers I tested.
