Wobkey Rainy 75

Finally got my hands on the Rainy 75 — and wow… it’s actual perfection. The silver aluminum base is clean, cool, and premium, and those violet switches? Absolute chef’s kiss. The sound, the feel, the weight — everything about this board is exactly what I hoped it would be and more. This is one of those keyboards you wait for, unbox slowly, and then just sit there typing because it’s that good. Worth the hype. Worth the wait. Worth every click. 💜⌨️ Sometimes a keyboard really is everything you imagined.

Introducing "Rainy75," a keystroke that feels like the sound of rain and has an exquisite strike sound. I received the Lite series black as a product donation.

This is supported by a whopping five distinct layers of padding with extra dampening foam, which makes for the best feeling typing experience I've ever had with a keyboard, and it's not even close. I honestly never expected this level of engineering and I wish more electronics manufacturers in general would build their products to this higher standard.

Rainy75 has been on sale since May this year But it's still popular On the contrary, new color models and additional switches are being added And this time, the "Pro model black crystal Cocoa switch" has been added The Cocoa switch set (70 pieces) is available for purchase on Amazon(jp) The Cocoa switch is a high-quality Kailh key switch The specs are similar to the HMX Violet switch. It feels close to the hard keystroke sound of the HMX Violet, It has a slightly softer feel than the HMX Violet. The keystroke feel is somewhere between the JWK WOB and the HMX Violet.

At $159, the Wobkey Rainy 75 keyboard is a compelling prebuilt option that delivers excellent build quality, strong connectivity options, easy QMK/VIA customization, and a superbly tuned typing experience. Its substantial weight is the primary drawback, but for users prioritizing feel, sound, and finish over portability, it represents strong value.

It’s a bold claim to make, but one that’s entirely substantiated by this beautiful sounding yet delectably affordable, complete board.

In conclusion, I can highly recommend Rainy75.

After using the Rainy75 for about a year, I definitely have some mixed feelings.

I do think that the Rainy75 has a very unique sound signature that does sound like rain, but personally it's a little too high-pitched and clacky for me. Whereas Inky75 has a more creamy and poppy sound signature that feels a slightly more muted and it just feels really good to type on.
