Keyboards with magnetic (Hall Effect) switches are often hot-swappable, but most (like Arbiter Studio's Polar 75 Pro ) are only compatible with certain magnetic switches, but Glorious' GMMK 3 series does offer a hot-swappable PCB that works with both mechanical and magnetic switches.Read T

Whether you're a competitive gamer or just someone who enjoys a premium typing experience, the GMMK 3 PRO promises to deliver an unparalleled level of performance and personalization.Watch R
The level of control you get with this feature is impressive and really caters to users who love personalization. As for the key caps, the GMMK3 comes equipped with GPBT doubleshot key caps. These are built to last, meaning they won't fade or get that shiny, worn out look over time. If you're a heavy typist or gamer, this is a big deal. Plus, the transparency of the key caps allows the RGB lighting to shine through, giving the keyboard a vibrant, customizable glow, adding a layer of flare to your setup.Watch G
This level of customization is a dream for keyboard enthusiasts who love to tinker and fine-tune their typing experience. The modular gasket system, MGS, is a standout feature. It allows you to adjust the keyboard's internal gaskets, influencing the typing feel. The building blocks inspired design makes it easy to switch between a firmer, more responsive feel and a softer, more cushioned one. This is a gamecher for those who are particular about their keyboard's feel and sound. Another highlight is the programmable knob located in the upper right corner. This knob can be customized to control volume, play pause media, mute audio, or even perform custom actions using Glorious Core software.Watch L

Full-size gaming keyboards are sort of hard to come by — prior to the Galleon 100 SD, I was (reluctantly) using the full-size Glorious GMMK 3 as my "numberpad keyboard," alongside the Wobkey Crush 80 Reboot Pro as my "typing keyboard." While the GMMK 3 is beautiful and super solidly built (my iteration was a custom-built wireless full-size version with a full aluminum case and magnetic tactile switches), its typing experience leaves something to be desired. Enough "something" that I switched it out for the Crush 80 Reboot Pro if I knew I was going to be just typing for a while.Read G
I love the Glorious GMMK 3 Pro HE, but its additional features bump up the price tag compared to the SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL Gen 3, without adding too much to the end result. This is a fully modular keyboard, designed to grow with you as you swap out everything from switch plates to the actual chassis. That personalization comes with a cost, and while there is room for a wireless connection in that price the battery life on these HE decks is rarely worth the leap.Read S
Honestly, if the plastic frame is the only major criticism we have of this keyboard, it's doing pretty well! The frame plastics flexed a lot when we were pushing on the keyboard's gasket system. This is after even replacing almost all of the hardware inside with matching machine screws.Read I Instagram Instagram post
In other words, this is easier to recommend as a platform for tinkerers than as a straightforward value buy. If you want a board to personalize over time, it makes sense; if you want the best stock package per dollar, several reviewers argue it falls short.View post E
It lacks some of the modern accoutrements you might expect for a keyboard at this price, such as sound dampening, high-end magnetic switches (that's reserved for the pricier GMMK 3 HE) and excellent software, but the core offering is intact at least.Read I Instagram Instagram post
It works best as a customizable base with real gaming features, but its value depends heavily on whether the buyer prizes modding flexibility over cheaper, stronger out-of-box competitors.View post T
While the GMMK 3 is very well built and is highly customizable. it's still a mainstream gaming keyboard.Read
