The EcoFlow River 2 Pro is worth spending a bit more. With 768Wh and 800W output, it moves from just being convenient to truly reliable. You get enough power to handle a cloudy day without solar and can run more demanding gear without worrying about tripping the inverter. If you want real off-grid peace of mind but don’t want the heavy weight of a 2,000Wh unit, the River 2 Pro is a great middle ground.Read 5

I love this machine so much. If you don't need expandable storage, this is darn near impossible to beat! There are new competitors popping up every day, but the Ecoflow ecosystem is tried and true. The only real reason I'd say skip this is because for a few dollars more you can get a refurb Delta 2 with the same 5-year warranty. That's it. That's all. No real complaints other than the handle!Watch W

So, overall, to be honest, this station is just great. This is probably my favorite charging station from EcoFlow because it is lightweight, compact, yet has four outlets on the front. It can power many different devices. With an output power of 800W, you can power most major appliancesWatch T

Using the EcoFlow River 2 Pro on my recent camping trip was a game-changer. Its 768Wh LiFePO4 battery kept my gadgets powered all weekend. The 70-minute fast charge is super convenient. The four 800W AC outlets with X-Boost to 1600W ran my laptop and fan without problems. Solar panels kept it charged off-grid easily, and the compact black design fits well in my RV.Watch B

In the end, I think the EcoFlow River 2 Pro 768Wh power station is right for people who want dependable portable power that recharges very fast, runs everyday gear without drama, and stays reasonably compact. Car campers, renters who want a calm backup plan, creators who move between locations, and anyone who appreciates a simple, readable interface will get a lot out of it. If you need truly heavyduty backup for several days with big appliances, you will want a larger setup or additional solar capacity. For most people who want flexibility and ease of use with real muscle behind it, this is a smart pick.Watch J

The EcoFlow RIVER 2 PRO was seen as one of the best portable power stations for camping and light backup power, but with new competition, like the Anker C800X, it’s beginning to show its age. EcoFlow is known for making some of the best large power stations, like the Delta Pro and the Delta Pro Ultra, but we think there's some room for improvement with their smaller units.Watch T

TonyKoji Nice video. I had an issue with my River Pro a couple of years ago while on a cross-country trip. The unit stopped taking a charge. I called them up, explained the problem, and went through some quick checks over the phone. EcoFlow's customer service was very responsive. They knew was on the road and needed the River Pro back as soon as possible.Watch J
This is not my first power station to be honest. I got the 2 Pro about a month ago. a month and a few days now. And it was fine until it started acting after a few weeks and I had to um drop a complaint and I could not get it sorted out and they just offered to send a replacement and replacement came in this morning and I decided it would be a good idea to get it.Watch T
Thanks for testing the EPS feature. Was planning on getting it to add runtime for my son’s PS5 but was worried about the 30ms switch over time as a web search says it should be 4-8ms for a PS5. I think I will keep a dedicated UPS in line (River 2 Pro to UPS to PS5) so that I get better switch over time, automatic voltage regulation and surge protection.Watch B
The RIVER 2 Pro 700 reaches a full charge from 0% in approximately 70 minutes via AC wall outlet. Solar charging depends on panel wattage: with a 220W panel in ideal conditions, expect around 3.5 to 4 hours. Car charging takes approximately 8 hours.Read C

Today I put up a video I was hesitant to put up but with the lack of EcoFlow support and taking care of their customers I had to show what happened to me when I needed my River 2 Pro during an emergency. If you depend on these products for your life in an emergency such as for a CPAP, etc. what are your thoughts? For such an expensive product I would have expected more.
