For those relying primarily on solar charging, the F3000's 1,200W solar input capacity is a game-changer. With a 1,200W solar array (about 3–4 large panels), you can recharge the F3000 from empty to full in roughly 2.5 hours — fast enough to keep up with daily power needs even during cloudy weather. The C2000 Gen 2's 800W input is also solid, recharging in about 3–4 hours with a good solar array.

That's where the Anker Sollex F3000 comes in. A true gamecher for emergencies and beyond. Now, of course, living in Southeast Louisiana, I have a generator, but it can be inconvenient to set up. Something you're definitely not going to do while the storm is still raging. And tragically, you cannot set them up indoors due to carbon monoxide and the obvious being fire hazard.

While I highly recommend the larger 3,840Wh standard F3800 and F3800 Plus power stations or the most expandable E10 whole-home backup system for the best long-term home/mobile living support, the Anker SOLIX F3000 power station is an equally capable option with expandable capabilities. The base setup starts at a 3,072Wh LiFePO4 battery capacity that you can scale as high as 24kWh.

I plan to buy the F3000 because of its ability to power my RV at 30a while being charged at 30a from the campsite power pole. This passthrough feature will keep my RV powered if campground power is lost. This is especially important when there is a pet inside on a hot day and the A/C needs to stay on. The Delta Pro can't do this.

2:28 I notice everyone that reviews the F3000 that they do so on a table. Maybe because it’s a PITA to see anything on the display or do things with the buttons and plugs when in it’s stupid natural orientation. The F3000 feature (electrical) are very good but the F3800 form factor is many many times easier to use.

And let me tell you, this thing is a gamecher for home backup power. Now, if you've lived through any kind of serious storm or hurricane, you know the stress. The fridge goes out, the food spoils, there's no Wi-Fi, there's no AC, and when you live in Texas like we do, no AC on hot summer months is really bad.

Got the exact setup but with 200w panels still waiting for my 2nd f3000 but it’s already shaving 30-50% of my daily usage. I’m hoping they increase the amperage a little bit on the low PV input to 1200 W with a firmware update.

And so I'd say that with the F3000, there's really only one specific use case that we found that it's not particularly well suited for given that it does seem to introduce a fairly significant amount of audible noise when you're powering things like guitar amps and uh PA systems and things like that. So not the best fit for that specific kind of thing. But that aside, I do find that the F3000 is an extremely well-built and versatile high-capacity power station. And the ability to pass through that full 3600 watts of AC input to your critical circuits is extremely handy

I have 2 C1000's w/ expansion batteries, and 2 f3000's with expansion batteries. My only gripes are the lack/glitches of a few features that can/should be solved with firmware updates.

They designed this to basically be like the best essential home backup power station you can get because not only is it extremely efficient, like twice as efficient as most power stations, like while idling and standby and stuff, but also they designed it for like RV life with a 30 amp RV plug. They got the Anderson plug here to run like high DC loads.

Um, I just think it's absolutely an awesome product. So, I also own a couple few of their like smaller battery packs and stuff like that. This is all stuff that we use religiously when we take the Can-Am out because otherwise, well, there's no way for us to really charge three to four GoPros into the 360 and the drone with just the Can-Am. In conclusion, the Anker Sollex F3000 is a powerhouse you can actually live with. The fast charging, quiet operation, flexible ports, robust app and UPS function check the boxes that matter in real life. It's heavy, yes, and the outlet spacing and rubber covers could be better, but those are minor annoyances compared to what it delivers. I appreciate the comparison, should have compared with the DPUX tho, not the DPU. It needs a screen, somewhere. not the end of the world but its a bit annoying. As for terminology, to me these are all power stations first. Solar is just a way to charge them, just as AC or a generator input.
