This little guy right here has been my lifeline in situations like the example I gave a moment ago.

Big power. Less bulk.

First out of the box is the Bluetti Elite 200V2 power station. Now, this is a serious bit of gear. It weighs in at around 25 kilos, but it's compact, solid, and built to last. Exactly what you want when traveling off grid. Inside the box, we also found a AC charging cable and a solar charging cable and instructions for the unit and the online Blue Edi app.

We got this power station from Bluei. It's the Elite V2 or version two. So, at the moment, I've got the fridge running off it. Charging the drone, the phone, the GoPro, drone batteries. I'll load the air fryer up here. We'll turn it on and we'll see how this thing does. 5 minutes. Turn the light off there so you can see it. We'll hit the button here. Has been a great unit however I can't get more than 15amps on the PV controller. It was 12 amps until I changed the setting and now my max is 15 amps. I contacted Bluetti and this is what they said " We would like to clarify that the advanced settings password allows you to adjust the maximum AC input current, but the solar (PV) charging current is fixed by the system and cannot be changed.

A cool power station for sure from Bluetti. Its definitely geared toward a camper/overlander. Thanks for showing it'll run a diesel heater as almost nobody else does. I seen another review of this unit that shows it does not automatically wake up in the morning with a solar panel plugged into it. I still think a better bang for buck is the Pecron E1500LFP.

I have two Blue Edi Elite 200 V2s and one 100 V2. I believe it's like half of it. I don't know if you can see it back there. Probably not. But it's running uh some speakers and some lights here for this garage. But over the past year, they have been used to power storage units back in Florida. They have been used to supply power to the couple garages that I have here in Missouri.

Couldn't agree more on your suggested improvements to this power station. The only thing I'd add to "wishful" improvements is, changing the cigarette lighter style 12v output. That "type" of connection is ancient, short lived, problematic and prone to failure when in use with vibration. Oftentimes the male works its way loose and loses contact.

I had similar issue but with my DJI Avata battery charging. If I use the Bluetti 200 V2 100w USB-C to charge the batteries it disrupts the DJI battery memory, meaning the drone enters low power mode because the drone is unable to register the batteries charge level.

Can you detect if the Elite 30 V2 operates the same way in UPS mode. You should hear that relay that I mentioned, but it's soft and there is a fair amount of time between cycles. Plugging in an LED lamp would be easier to notice, I think.

If I was a contractor I woulda picked the Elite hands down (and dug a new mains line out to the shed) Ngl a major factor was the nice clunky 16mm vandal proof power button. Classy. My favorite kind of button.

I bought one of these earlier this year and it’s been great. Only issue is it’s not expandable (absent a diy hack), but I think for its size and the punch it puts out, it’s a great unit.

I really liked the elite 200 but the lack of expansion capability plus the pecron was so much cheaper per wh
