Asus already had the best dual-screen laptop out there, but for 2026 the Zenbook Duo has evolved almost entirely for the better. The slimmed-down screen bezels are the next closest thing to having one giant, unbroken display, while the smaller footprint makes it even more portable. Intel’s new hardware has then brought strong desktop performance, a welcome boost to battery life, and the sort of gaming abilities you would’ve needed a dedicated graphics card for a few generations ago. It makes what was already an incredibly flexible machine even more so.

So big performance gains. One of the big ones is about 103% GPU performance with its integrated graphics there. So they've made some big changes with the screen. This is the big one that you notice straight away because before we used to have that gap there. Now they've managed to slim this down 70%. We have the dual 14in 3K Luminina Pro OLED display.

I own this device and I LOVE it. It's the best laptop I have ever owned (and I've owned some great models). Let me add that the cardboard prop tool is not flimsy once you put it together and fix it into its final position. It locks in well and is a great solution. I use both screens about 90% of the time.

I suggest anyone reading this comment compare the chart for battery life given by this channel regarding the Zenbook A16 and the Zenbook Duo 2026. If this was a written exam, you would get F minus and have to retake the whole year. The errors are too big just to fail. What a joke!

So, what's really cool about this design is that despite having two screens, it is a very very slim laptop, as you can see. And despite its slim form factor, you still get two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, a full-size HDMI, and a full-size USB-A port, which is really really great. So, this keyboard here happens to be a Bluetooth keyboard as well.

Is the hinge more stable compared to last year’s Zenbook Duo? That’s my biggest gripe with my Zenbook duo when propping it on dual screen horizontally as it wobbles slightly when typing which is a distraction. Good that the speakers have been improved as last year’s is just harsh sounding. Great review btw and your 2025 Zenbook Duo review helped me with my purchase decision.

Now, starting off with design, I can't lie, it looks like a bit of a thick boy there. There's a lot of lot of thickness going on there, almost about an inch, maybe just under an inch of thickness there. Very unusual for a 14-in >> form factor laptop. So, although it does have a small footprint, um it is a bit thickness, but all will be revealed pretty soon.

I will say they did fumble on the screen though. Atleast one should have the option to go up to 240 or a185 atleast. If you have a whole 5090 in there even limited by the tgp there no point in having only 120hz screen thats just stupid. But the none gaming version has 144hz at 1080? Come one this was stupid.

It's nice, but you're actually paying for 2 nice monitors. I think a thin laptop + 1 portable monitor would look better. if you change your laptop, you still have the portable monitor. Which you can also position however you want, portrait, landscape. here you always have both screens equally spaced.

I’ve had them both in my hands side by side. I can travel with the zenscreen duo NOT the Zephyrus. Zeph screens are better, bigger, clearer. As a home desk device, perfect. Horizontal and vertical, very nice but not flawless. My use case is travel.
