I have a PG32UCDM and I just bought XG32UCWMG. And I can agree, even against qd-oled glossy, UCWMG reflections stand out too much, even when my room isn’t well-lit. “Controlling the brightness” isn’t enough in my opinion. You need to use it in a VERY dark room in order to actually enjoy it.

My monitor is an absolute mess. This is the best looking monitor I have ever seen. But I’m getting flashes of artifact here and there and my neoprox sensor doesn’t work that well. So I try to update firmware and no matter what I do it fails :( I think I need a replacement.

This does seem like a good monitor, but in my case it would've been extremely hard to justify at 1150€ over the PG32UCDMR at 899€. As good as the True Black panel is, it doesn't beat better color volume, DP2.1, Dolby Vision and KVM with 90W PD for 250€ less .
