Samsung changed the input devices and we already experienced the new keyboard on the Galaxy Book6 Ultra. The dedicated numpad is gone and there are now speakers next to the keyboard. The typing experience is okay and benefits from precise feedback, but the key travel is pretty shallow. Both the Zenbook S16 as well as the ThinkPad X9 15 offer more comfortable keyboards.Read Z
I’ve spent the past month testing Samsung’s latest flagship laptop, the Galaxy Book6 Ultra , and from the moment I started using it, I realized the company doubled down on what made last year’s Galaxy Book5 Pro so good, expanding on key features like the battery and design.Read T
But that high price and abundance of power mean a lot of people simply won't need the Samsung Galaxy Book6 Ultra, and a more affordable laptop (such as the standard Galaxy Book6) will be a much better choice.Read T

The Galaxy Book6 Ultra is one incredible laptop. The starting price is high, but whereas others might start lower, they quickly get expensive when you add the type of options that the Ultra includes. The Pro variant also starts at a far more palatable price and if you find the Ultra is reaching heights you can’t reach then that really is the Book6 for you. I guess weight is also a consideration if you are travelling a lot. And of course there is no 14in variant. But if money is really no object and you don’t mind the weight of this 16 incher, then you won’t be disappointed in any way with what the Ultra can offer you. It’s one of the best do-anything laptops we’ve ever seen and it’ll set you in good stead for the future.Read T Technical Guruji Technical Guruji · 23.7M subscribers · Apr 2026

All right, so overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, I'm giving the Samsung Galaxy Book 6 Ultra a major, major, major, major go. That's a quad major. That's one of the highest ratings on my channel. I'm calling this the MacBook killerWatch P

And that's the strongest impression this laptop leaves you with. Now here's a surprise, gaming. Usually laptops like this aren't about gaming, but if you have the RTX version, you can actually run modern games and not just run them, but play comfortably with good FPS and without constant drops. And honestly, that really changes your expectations cuz it looks like a business laptop, but it acts like an all-purpose machineWatch P

The Galaxy Book 6 Ultra is the stronger choice for creators and power users who require dedicated GPU performance for video editing, 3D rendering, or modern gaming. Its RTX graphics, brighter display, generous port selection, and larger battery make it a portable workstation in a refined form factor. The Dell XPS162026 by contrast excels as a balanced design ccentric productivity laptop. Its lighter weight, refined construction, higher resolution panel, advanced integrated graphics, superior webcam, and quieter thermal profile make it ideal for professionals who prioritize portability, aesthetics, and all-day usability over maximum graphics horsepowerWatch K

The Dell is stunning, but the Samsung Galaxy Book 6 Ultra is the clear winner. With that RTX 5070 and a much better port selection, it's just a way more practical powerhouse for creators and gamers alike. I am trying to decide b/t the Book6 Pro with the Ultra X7 chip or the Book6 Ultra with the Ultra X7 chip. And other than the 6 vs 4 speaker advantage, what other if any advantages does the Book6 Ultra w/ the Ultra X7 chip have over the Book6 Pro w/ the Ultra X7 chip? Scores are impressive. On my desktop I get 2922 Single-Core Score and 17537 Multi-Core Score. I can get a Galaxy Book6 Ultra, Intel Ultra X7 358H with 32gb ram and 1tb SSD (the one without the RTX 5070) for 1999€. A bit pricey still but it's going to be a monster.Watch P

This is a nice laptop. But 5060 feels abit off. There's 5070 variant as well but that is also a ripoff due to 8GB VRAM. They should update it with new RTX 5070 12GB (not 5070TI).Watch M
The display is easily one of the best parts of this laptop, and the touchscreen makes the experience more useful than I expected. Performance is strong, the design feels premium, and the Samsung ecosystem works really well if you already use Galaxy devices. But the touchpad and webcam still have room for improvement, especially at this price. So is the Samsung Galaxy Book6 Ultra worth buying, or should you choose a MacBook Pro or another Windows laptop? The Galaxy Book 6 Ultra is Samsung's most confident Windows flagship in years. Its large OLED display, optional RTX graphics, expanded connectivity, and Galaxy AI features make it a powerful and flexible machine for users who need Windows, want gaming or heavy GPU acceleration, and prefer a larger screen. It is less portable and potentially less efficient, but it offers capabilities the MacBook Pro simply does not targetWatch S

So, should you buy the Samsung Galaxy Book 6 Ultra? If you want a thin Windows creator laptop with a gorgeous AMOLED screen, RTX 3060 graphics, strong specs, and Galaxy phone integration, this is a serious option. But if you care most about keyboard feel, webcam quality, or pure performance per dollar, compare carefully before buyingWatch
