In general, yes.

It’s an e-ink tablet and note-taking device that genuinely feels like writing on paper and is small enough to fit in your pocket.

I received my Paper Pro today. It's a nice device! Taking notes on it, is pure joy .

I use my Paper Pro every day. Love it.

It's definitely more life-proof feeling and less premium than the other two tablets I mentioned and also the reMarkable 2. It's light at 360 g. It's relatively thin at 6 mm, which is thicker than the reMarkable 2, famously an ultra-thin slate. It doesn't feel like the same sliver of aluminum either. This is plastic.

But yeah, that's been my long-term review of the new remarkable Paper Pro. It is absolutely the best device in this class if this is what you want it to be able to do, but I do feel like it is severely overpriced for what it can do at this moment. Hopefully, remarkable will continue to ship software updates and make this product better and better and better cuz I did feel like the remarkable 2 that I owned for years and years got better and better over time

At first glance, the reMarkable Paper Pro Move seems like the ideal travel-friendly note-taking tablet: a good compact build; useful color E Ink; and solid features, now even with handwriting search. But the closer I looked, the more it became clear that the portability comes at a cost.

I love the Paper Pro. It provides me with an environment of deep thinking. It feels too big to carry all day long and I always felt even with the Type Folio I didn't want to damage the screen. I just ordered a Paper Pro Move to carry with me.

The new Paper Pro Move addresses some of those gaps. It is smaller (more like a reporter's note book than a Moleskine), feels more robust, and has the bonus of a colour screen.

The Paper Pro earns an 8.7. It loses points for the additional cost of entry (Marker Plus sold separately adds $79 to the already premium $629 base price), for the weight that limits where you’ll actually use it, and for the lack of Bluetooth connectivity that would make it a more complete tool for musicians.
