There’s also a 2025 edition which is thinner, slightly bigger and promises better performance, but I would still highly recommend the 2022 edition because it works like a dream (no issues) and has all the same software features. The newer editions come in more colors, in case you want to personalize, but they’re also more expensive compared to the 2022 standard Kindle Scribe (for example, the 2022 Standard can go for around $250 compared to almost $500 for the 2025 one).

So, in conclusion, as a digital notebook and a manga viewer, this device, this Kindle Scribe device is fantastic, and it's well worth the asking price that they're asking for.

I was sceptical at first, but after trying out the Kindle Scribe myself I can honestly say that it's a game-changer! The other reviews I read, made me think this might not be a good experience. Im glad I wasn't put off completely. The Kindle Scribe is perfect for people who need to take notes while they read, but don't want to carry around a physical notepad, But it's as a standalone digital notepad that the Scribe really excels. I highly recommend the Kindle Scribe if you're looking for a distraction-free device with the best reading experience on the market paired with a quickly growing toolset for writing.

The long and short of it is that the 2022 Kindle Scribe is identical to its forebear, which makes this the Kindle Scribe deal the only one you should consider this week.

First one is which one of the four devices do you think Kindle Scribe Gen 3 color soft is and the second question is which image did you like the best? And I promised that I would reveal the results of this blind test in the in-depth review so here it is. Which were the devices that we were competing with? Well, it's going in this order. Device number one was Boox Note Air 5C.

Don't waste your money on the Kindle Scribe. On the other hand, if you are a student, if you have a lot of PDF documents, if you really need this note takingaking feature, you can buy the Kindle Scribe. Why not? But personally, I'm thinking about going for a smaller model.

Battery degradation matters more than initial life expectancy: the Scribe’s glued chassis is not user-serviceable, so degradation at year three typically means device replacement.

While it's a little larger than most of Amazon's Kindles and it's only in black and white, it's a good pick for those who want something with an authentic book-like feel.

In my opinion the Kindle Scribe is a super convenient, great value ereader with solid note taking capabilities. But as you can hear from that wording, it’s an ereader first and a note taking device second. And that clearly shows in its software features. As an ereader the Kindle Scribe is hands down one of the best out there. Exceptional hardware is combined with great software features for everybody who wants to read ebooks, listen to audible audiobooks and quickly and easily wants to take notes in an informal setting. As your primary note taking device in a more professional setting, the Kindle Scribe is currently missing a few helpful software features. While the basic functionality feels good and works fine, some important functions for heavy use are not there yet.

Neither is wrong. But they feel very different in real life, especially once note-taking becomes part of the routine.
