We have the tread + and absolutely love it. One of the best decisions we have ever made for ourselves has been a bike+ and a tread+. They are solid. The workouts are incredible, so motivating and fun. We do anything from hour long runs/rides, to curated programs, evening stretches, 10min extra steps.
