The T9 was the one that surprised me most. It’s solid—like really solid. The wider deck gave me more space to lengthen my stride, and I could instantly feel the extra stability underfoot. The fan is a godsend during intervals, especially when I’ve been overzealous with the incline. The color LCD makes it easy to check my stats without breaking rhythm, and the whole machine just feels solid. It feels like the treadmill you’d buy once and keep for years—the one that evolves with you as you get faster, stronger, and maybe a little more demanding about your gear. There’s a reason this ‘mill is on our list of the best treadmills out there.

What I like about the Bowlex T9 most is how well it works for a variety of cardio options. You can do long walks or runs, easy runs, intervals. All of it feels really nice on this treadmill thanks to the fast speed and incline adjustments and a moderately cushioned running deck.

JRNY sets the T9 apart by adjusting incline and speed automatically based on your heart rate and past workouts, so the machine reacts to how you’re actually performing rather than a fixed program you set once. That adaptive coaching works well for runners who like structure but don’t want to plan every session themselves. The console also tracks progress toward specific goals, like a 5K time, and updates recommendations week to week. Adaptive coaching only helps if the hardware underneath can keep pace, and a 3.0 CHP motor is the ceiling for consistent running use.

Bought this treadmill on 2/14. Delivered and assembled 2/27. Went to use it 2/28 and it wouldn’t work. Called support that day and still waiting on repair. 6 weeks waiting is absurd. 1 month wait for warranty repair is insulting.
