And uh here looking at the rollers, it it looks like it's never been used. I mean, it is spotless in here. This is impressive. So, it does not come with any other spare parts. Takes longer than my old robot but that is OK. Customer service was great. My first issues were because the filter filled up fast and vacuum could not suck as it should. This was because I have a fireplace and lots of small dust particles filling the filter. Once I realized I needed to keep the filter clean it performs great.Watch J
While I appreciate the look, I personally found that it's harder to match my home's aesthetics due to the darker tones and wood grain. But I will say, for a black colorway, it does reject fingerprints better than I expected. The front of the base opens up giving access to a clean water tank, dust bag, and two shelves for storing additional dust bags and accessories, which I absolutely love.Watch T
No auto mop pad washing - manual cleaning required after each mopping sessionRead G
It's great for maintenance cleaning and light spills, but don't expect it to scrub dried stains like a human with a mop would. Still, for everyday upkeep, it absolutely keeps floors looking cleaner with minimal effort. Features and tech.Watch T
The auto empty is really loud. It does a good job at least getting all the dirt out of the robot, but it's nothing you want to be happening at night. The vacuum itself has great suction and outperforms my J7. I wish that it had the D chassis that the S9+ had because I think it misses a lot of spots by having the rollers in between the wheels. The edge sweeping brush has a bit too much gusto.Watch L
Many appreciate its quiet operation and strong mapping accuracy. However, some note the ongoing cost of replacement bags and managing clutter for best performance. If you're curious about the clean base, it collects debris into a sealed bag, reducing exposure to allergens. The J9+ easily avoids common items like pet bowls. It also works across multiple floors, saving separate maps for each level.Watch

Repeated complaints focus on poor app behavior, declining quality, weak customer service, refill failures, fluid dumping or leaking incidents, and general reliability problems serious enough to change outside-recommendation status. That matters because the Combo j9+ is not being judged as a midrange compromise.Read V

With its counter-rotating brush rolls, the Roomba j9+ excels at agitating carpets and capturing pet hair. Though it's since been upstaged by the 2023 Combo j9+ and 2024 Combo 10 Max, the 2022 Combo j7+ will always be pivotal for iRobot's legacy — and because it's not the newest 2-in-1 anymore, it's also usually on sale.Read
