Hisense U7SG

I have had a few different tv’s over the years & this Hisense blows them away in value for money/quality, it’s a 2024 85u6nau mini-led & i have never had a single problem with it, it’s been working perfectly ever since the day i plugged it in over two years ago. No freezing, no turning off/on issues, lines, dead pixels or software issues .

Real quick, I just wanted to say this is a VERY nice TV. I mounted it on the wall in my kid's room, as you can probably see from a bit of the footage in the video. Sometimes I just sit there and watch it. The picture quality even during the day is insane. It's a much needed upgrade, and special shoutout to the remote. Way nicer than some of the other remotes I have laying around.

That being said, we can dive right in in saying that the Highense U7 SG is just better than the Highense U8G. It just is. You can see it when you look at a lot of contrasty pieces. It just does a better job of pulling a more three-dimensional image out of the screen more consistently. Now, to be 100% both are monstrously bright TVs. I feel like they are pretty similar in that category.

Looking only at the specifications, the Hisense appears to have a clear advantage, offering a higher refresh rate, extremely high brightness levels, and an impressive number of local dimming zones. However, as we've seen many times in the TV world, the model with the biggest numbers doesn't always end up being the one people enjoy the most once it's sitting in their living room.
