You don't need a dongle. It works with a cord. Just be sure to get a cord that handles data transfer/sync (some cords are only good for charging). The other trick is finding the right shaped cord. The narrow slot in the Rollermouse doesn't have room for an average cord sleeve. It took me 5 stores to find one that worked.
