  2. 1080p60 capture with USB-3.0 interface; performance on par with cheaper Portable 2 Plus while costing almost twice as much; extra price does not justify marginal feature set.

  3. Marketed as a flagship, but reviews point out that its performance is only marginally better than the cheaper Ultra S GC553Pro and it carries an unnecessary price premium.

The AVerMedia Live Gamer Ultra 2.1 is the best capture card for the job. Unlike a large majority of capture cards on the market, this one takes full advantage of HDMI 2.1 connectivity, allowing for 4K at 144Hz pass-through with not a wink of latency. That exceeds what the PS5 is even capable of outputting.
