The 7Hz Salnotes Zero doesn’t disappoint when it comes to their sound. They stay away from being exaggerated in richness in their highs making them more than pleasant to listen to over longer listening sessions. These aren’t thin when it comes to their bass like some other earphones can be. These do have a fuller response compared to some of the earphones I’ve tested in the web series

The 7hz Salnotes Zero is a excellent budget IEM but it does not come with a inline microphone, so for use in a gaming environment, I added the Tripowin Grace cable with inline mic. My thoughts after several days of Xbox use.

This is a dual review of the 7Hz Salnotes Zero and Zero:2. Since they have significantly different sound signatures, I aim more to describe how each sound rather than determine which is "better". Too long? Didn't watch? The Zero is a great, budget entry into natural sounding, neutral-adjacent IEMs while the Zero:2 increases the bass to take that natural sound and make it more fun for the masses.
