It gets very acceptable depth here where I detect (down to 8" on US coins), separates targets really well and it is a joy to swing. My only reservation about it is fully submerging it above the level where the battery is located in the shaft.

And the metal detector is that responsive that I just do not miss a target. What this is really going to be good for in the future is finding those honey holes. All I need to do is go over one target. I can map the beach a lot more faster with a 9 in coil. I still like on my factory standard coils, the HF2. I'm really loving this right now. What did you get? 48. Oh, yeah. What do you get? Yeah. 78. Yeah. 6 7 8 9 7 8 9. We're digging it anyway. Yeah. That's it, isn't it? There's a right there. And is on the money. Let's go.

As we've been saying all along, it's a situational coil, and we feel like this is a great spot to run this coil um in this trashy situation. Uh with all of this iron in the ground, it's going to be a true test to see uh if the HF2 coil can pick some targets that we might have missed uh with some of the other machines and some of the other coils. Yeah, the I would say the HF2 made that sound a lot better than what it was. Yes, because with lower conductive target, you're in higher frequency than me, too. I went up to 89. Oh, you're you're up in 89. So, I'm in 40 kHz. So, my my coil can only go up to 40 kHz. Uh, go ahead again. Yeah, sounds kind of junky. Let me dig this one out here. Sure. Ground's really soft here today. This is a low conducting target. This This target is an oddshaped target. It's not a round target. Oh, still in the hole, huh? Yeah, I see something blue in there.

There's at least four scenarios I can think of where absolutely this coil makes better sense as a choice versus perhaps your 9 in, your 11 in, or even the 11 by13 in elliptical coil.
