This has some pretty nice upgrades over the previous Micro 2, and one of the biggest is the battery life, going from 12 hours now up to 24 hours, and that's at 50% volume on the default EQ setting. It also went from 10 watts up to 13.

So, what I hear is um Tribit sounds more natural. Um just uh has a better bass. Not deeper. There is no deep bass on that kind of speakers that in this size. So, it sounds more natural. Sounds better balanced speaker. Um The only thing uh the Soundcore Boom Go 3i wins is uh is a little bit louder because uh 15 watts versus 13 watts of power. So, both are great speakers.

It's one of the the best small speakers available today in a very reasonable price. Uh The side here is uh bigger than the JBL uh Go 5, so we got a little extra here, but it's still a small speaker. Uh what have we got in the package? Not a lot, actually. So, we got the speaker, and we got a USB-C to USB-C cable. I won't bother to open it.

Based on Oluv's and Alan Ross's reviews, the Tribit Stormbox Micro 3 does have deeper bass and the hardware overall is better with the longer battery life, but there's still some sound related issues like the distortion in the bass and peaky treble.

In terms of loudness at 70% of volume, it feels like a Micro 3 it's louder speaker, but uh when you go all the way to 100% Micro 2 catches up and they sound I would say Tribit just a slightly slightly louder. Um but it sounds more natural. It's better speaker. It has magnet. You can stick it to your, you know, refrigerator or like any metal surface in your house or outside.

The Xtra Bass button on the micro 3 is useless. When u use it the speaker just bottoms out. The small speaker can't handle it and creates a horrible flapping sound instead of actual bass.
