Several users report that a brand new Deco X55 doesn't even work out of the box without a firmware update, one that isn't included and has to be emailed by support. Imagine buying a Wi-Fi router that requires working Wi-Fi just to set it up. Tiny, unreadable setup guides, forced app downloads, endless reboots, and hours wasted with zero progress.
