Sits at the very top of Therabody's price ladder for incremental additions (heated attachments, extra routines) that the Elite and Prime already approximate; a classic case of good because it is expensive. Buy the Theragun Elite or Theragun Prime instead.

It's very impressive and they added this all without really taking away any of the major strong suits of its predecessor. Check out the full review for demonstrations of all the features and my overall thoughts!Watch M
It turns out it's great for feet. While there are certain things it can't do, like squeezing her heel, it helps a lot with the massage and loosening up the area.Watch G

I initially used it after some intense workout sessions, and I have to say it's an absolute gamecher. The deep tissue percussion therapy is powerful, and the heat therapy is a nice touch. It's not too hot, but warm enough to enhance the overall relief.Watch M

Honestly, this thing is powerful, like noticeably stronger than cheaper massage guns. The Pro Plus delivers deep percussive therapy that really gets into tight muscle groups. After leg day, I used it on my quads and calves, and within about 2 minutes, that heavy soreness feeling started easing up. Not magically gone, but significantly reduced. Where it surprised me most was daily use.Watch G
I was immediately impressed with the design of the device, which is ergonomic and easy to hold. The five speed settings and the long battery life, which is advertised as up to 150 minutes but can be shorter depending on the speed used, are also great features. I also like that the Theragun Pro Plus charges via USB-C, which is a convenient feature.Watch P
This is the heating head and it's quite impressive. In few seconds it is heating up and there are different levels for the amount of heat we need. Along with it it gives a good infrared IR lamp as well. So it gives good muscle release. It's quite impressive and it has different speeds as well. This has different five speeds in this. The other is the vibration attachment.Watch C
Overall, the build quality is exactly what you'd expect from a flagship recovery device. The core feature is still Therabodbody's deep tissue percussion therapy. The powerful motor delivers rapid pulses deep into muscle tissue, helping reduce soreness, stiffness, and muscle tension. This makes the device useful after workouts, sports activities, long work days, or extended periods of sitting.Watch T

Reduce soreness, improve circulation, and help your muscles recover faster. When you first pick it up, the ergonomic multi-grip design immediately stands out.Watch

TAKE NOTE: It comes at a very high price point, so it's not for casual users or beginners, for that matter. The size and power can also feel intimidating at first, and the micro-point attachment is definitely not for everyone. That said, if you're serious about recovery and want a professional-grade tool, the Theragun Pro Plus is hard to beat.Read E
Cons and what to watch out forWatch T
Unsurprisingly, the largest setback of this premium massage device is its price. It is the most expensive device we've ever tested, retailing for 10 times the price of the least expensive option in the lineup and 1.5 times the price of the second-priciest option on the list (another Theragun product).Read B
This is the TheraGun Pro Plus. And Therabody claims this isn't just a massage gun. It's a multi- therapy device that'll replace your entire recovery kit. But after a week of putting it through its paces, I found the one thing they don't tell you in the flashy commercials. For some of you, this might actually be way more tech than you actually need.Watch P
⚠️ Consider alternatives if: You want near-silent operation. The D6 Pro Plus runs at 70–75 dB at top speed — audible from another room. The Ekrin B37 below is significantly quieter if noise is your priority.Read M
The Theragun PRO Plus G6 is a top-tier, feature-rich recovery device combining deep 16mm percussive therapy with heat and LED modalities, though its premium price puts it out of reach for casual users.Read
