The Theragun Mini gets our vote as the best mini massage gun for athletes due to its deep amplitude, high stall force, and powerful motor, which simulates deep-tissue massage better than any other mini massage gun we’ve tried. I chatted with product tester Nicole Davis , CPT, PN1-NC, who says that despite its petite size, the Theragun Mini delivers more than enough force for her needs.

The third generation Theragun Mini is the least expensive out of the two, but it's still a great machine. It's a small, lightweight massage gun that is meant for portability. You can put it right in your bag and bring it to the gym, the airport, or even the golf course. After a rough four putt, just pull it out, regroup, and birdie the next hole.

The Theragun Mini may be tiny, but it has proved that size means nothing when it comes to power. Its practical size is capable of producing intense speeds for anyone on the go who appreciates a non-bulky silhouette. I’m able to slip it into all my bags with no issue and carry it everywhere nowadays—I feel like something is missing when I don’t have it with me.

The Theragun Mini is an amazing device to help you find relief, increase mobility, and get the most out of your body. And the best part is, because of its compact size, it's our most portable device and can provide you the muscle treatment you need anytime, anywhere. So, here's what you're going to do. Step one, pick your attachment. I like the standard ball for the neck.

The 3rd-Gen Theragun Mini holds its own against the bigger Theragun siblings, and it’s 30% smaller, lighter and quieter than the original Mini, making it the best option for travel or massage sessions on the go. Three speed settings work through tension, and the triangle grip makes it easy to hold.

The TheraGun Mini is a compact percussion massage device designed to relieve muscle tightness, improve circulation, and speed up recovery. For golfers, this means addressing the exact areas that take the most stress: shoulders, lower back, hips, forearms, and calves. Its small size makes it easy to use at home, in the clubhouse, or even during travel without sacrificing performance.

The TheraGun Mini offers up to 150 minutes of continuous use per full charge, which is impressive for a device this size. The built-in lithium-ion battery recharges quickly and keeps you ready to tackle multiple muscle groups throughout the day. In addition, the TheraGun Mini is built with Theruy's signature ergonomic design and patented percussive therapy technology.

Among the Therabody products we tested, the Theragun Mini performed best in terms of noise. This was no surprise, given that it is also the smallest and least powerful of the lot.

It was worth it but mostly because we did a lot of hiking while there. Not bringing the thera, just the lacrosse ball, on a UK trip this summer as it will be more city stuff.

The most obvious drawback is that the Impact only comes from one massage head, so if you’re looking for multiple sensations, you should consider a device with interchangeable attachments. It also makes a slightly rattly sound when it’s on, but it’s not too disruptive. Another note: This device is frequently on sale, so this might be a budget-friendly pick, depending on how much you snag it for.

Now, this isn't the strongest one I've ever tested. I have done ones that I like a lot better than this, but for what it is, it's pretty decent. Now, the design's actually pretty smart, too. It keeps that signature Theragun triangle grip, which honestly makes it way easier to hold than a lot of the cheap massage guns, but not as easy to hold as some where you can actually wrap your fingers around.

The single ball attachment is slightly limited compared to other percussive massagers with various attachment options. However, while it’s pared down, we found that the important features, power, portability, and ease of use still exist. As a result, it is an excellent introduction to percussive massage and a great gift for any athlete.

However, it comes with only one attachment, limiting its versatility compared to other models. Additionally, it falls on the higher end of the price spectrum for many massage guns. Nonetheless, its build quality and performance make it a strong contender in the portable massage gun market. Hyper Ice Hypervolt GoTo. Lightweight and userfriendly.

Technically speaking, it’s a bit heavier than the Therabody Theragun Mini 3rd Gen , but I really preferred the Bantam as a go-to travel massager for two reasons: battery life and its warranty.
