Overall, the Theragun Mini 3rd Generation is an excellent choice for anyone who wants professional quality muscle recovery in a compact and portable device.

It was worth it but mostly because we did a lot of hiking while there. Not bringing the thera, just the lacrosse ball, on a UK trip this summer as it will be more city stuff.

Technically speaking, it’s a bit heavier than the Therabody Theragun Mini 3rd Gen , but I really preferred the Bantam as a go-to travel massager for two reasons: battery life and its warranty.
