The Hypervolt 2 Pro was our previous best massage gun overall, but the new premier model, the Hypervolt 3 Pro, is my top pick because it has a tremendously powerful motor and it’s the quietest device I’ve ever come across. It’s my most-used massage gun for deep-tissue soreness and my top recommendation for someone who is looking to invest in a device they’ll use frequently.

>> The Go 3 shines when portability and ease matter most. It's not built to be the most aggressive tool in the lineup. It's built to be the one you actually use. Five speeds still give you control, and QuietGlide keeps it discreet. And the lightweight build makes it easy to use frequently without fatigue. For those athletes who recover often and move a lot, this makes a ton of sense.

To be sure, Hyperice’s massage gun is powerful, and it delivers a satisfying, consistent massage every time, with features that match the Prime Plus, like five speed settings and a heated attachment head. But it differs in other ways that make for a distinct experience, and it costs significantly less than than the Prime Plus.

It weighs around 700 g, which means you can literally carry this anywhere, gym bag, backpack, even travel. Now, here's where things get interesting. Most people think massage guns are just for relaxation. That's not really the point. The Hypervolt 3 uses percussion therapy, basically rapid pulses going deep into your muscles.

Whether you’re an aspiring Olympian or a weekend warrior, the Hyperice Hypervolt 3 Pro is a great tool that will keep you in the game and performing at your best. While there are loads of massage guns that are cheaper, the Hypervolt remains the best – and trusted by the best.

Great option for anyone who that doesn't feel like hyper paying for the Hypervolt 3 or the Hypervolt 3 Pro or is just doing a lot of traveling and wants to remove the friction. All right, next up we have the Hypervolt 3 right here. You can see name right there on the side. This is going to work the same, going to be a little bit bigger, a little bit heavier.

The Hypervolt Go 3 has 45 lbs stall force, 4-hour battery and 5 speeds, so it suits training recovery. The Theragun Relief has 3 speeds and is positioned by Therabody as their gentlest model, suited for older or sensitive users where the Go 3 might feel too aggressive.

So, nice hefty, lots of power coming from this. When it comes to attachments, this is going to come with this attachment on this that can pinpoint a little bit more with little angle on it. And then you're going to have a damp attachment. There's also an additional attachment that you can purchase if you want to pay an additional about a third of the price of what this is.

After testing it for the past two months, it’s also the handheld tool that I’ll be naming as our new best overall massage gun , succeeding the previous model, the Hypervolt 2 Pro .

I definitely think that this is one of the best massage guns I've tried. Honestly, numbs my arm a little bit while it's massaging it. It's very interesting. It's also like sort of painful, but also numbing. And then to take off the attachment, all you do is just pull it off. The most interesting one I wanted to try out today is the heated one. So, we're just going to put this on here.

The Hypervolt Go 3 delivers an impressive 45 lbs of stall force in a highly portable 1.6 lb package, making it an excellent travel companion despite its shallower 10mm amplitude.

The Hypervolt Go 3 fits right into my training routine, helping wake up muscles before a run and loosen them after, all without taking up space in my gym bag.

“Even though it’s bigger than the Theragun Mini that I’ve been using for years, the weight is similar, but it definitely packs more power,” she says.
