I am rejecting this response because: there was no warning on the product that the battery was irreplaceable and an extremely fragile component. The addition of replaceable batteries shows that Therabody knew this was an issue. I am not making an exorbitant demand: I would like to replace my battery (at cost), which would be the best outcome.
