The Ohio bar black oxide review 1 Build Quality & Durability: 10/10 This is the best bar I have ever used, and so far it has held up really well after 9 months of use. There are a few scratches on the sleeves, and I do regularly use oil on it.

Great balance, smooth spin, looks clean, and the nurling chef's kiss, baby. Love it. All right. So, hybrid athletes, dads, garage gym enthusiasts, today we're diving into one of the most popular barbells in the game, the Rogue Ohio Bar. Black zinc finish. Love it. This is Rogue's flagship. It's 20 kilogram bar. Americanmade.

The Ohio bar has great knurling, the matt chan bar takes it to another level and is stainless. Now mine isn't cerakoted, so that helps but the stainless Ohio bar would be similar.

I'm going to be unboxing and reviewing one of the cleanest, most durable bars that Rogue makes. The stainless steel Ohio bar. This is the full stainless steel barbell, and then we have the also have the stainless steel sleeve. So, this is pretty exciting. Uh this is the bar that when I bought it, I told my wife that this is what the boys are going to lift with when they get old enough.

If you have the money I’d get a stainless steel rogue Ohio bar, if you don’t have the money I’d get a rogue Ohio bar off facebook marketplace.

The Rogue Ohio bar is probably the most copied barbell in the fitness industry. There are thousands of Ohio bar reviews out there, so I'm not going to just review the bar. What I'm going to do here is try to answer the question that everybody actually has when they're choosing between the non-economy finishes, the zinc and the e-coat, right? Cerakote or stainless steel.

Is the Rogue Ohio bar worth it? Yes, the Rogue Ohio bar is worth it, especially if you choose a highly resistant finish like Cerakote.
