Powerful and versatile addition to their extensive range of flashlights, Nitecore’s new EX7 is compact, powerful and has multiple beam outputs giving you the choice between a wider beam or a more concentrated one for longer reach.Read C
Pretty damn bright. Works really well. All right. Here's the pond. It's cold. Very cold out. Yeah. Flood and then cut back power because the head of it is getting a little bit warm. Shut off for a second here. Got a beautiful moon. All right. So, let's uh let's go back to throw. There's some coyote in the distance. But anyway, I want to pick up these wood boards. Bear with me. That was 25 yards.Watch T
Zum Glück gibt es auch Alternativen, das Lichtbild anzupassen – etwa wie bei der neuen Nitecore EX7 mit ihren vier M515S-LEDs.Read C
This would definitely be up there as an option for room lighting for me. Um, I know some people just grab candles and stuff. I grab flashlights. I can utilize candles here and there as well, but I like the convenience of a flashlight. I like that there's no open flames, so they're safer. And 6,000 lumens in even a, you know, 10x 10 ft room. It's going to light up the whole room.Watch B
Fortunately, there are alternatives for adjusting the beam pattern – like the new Nitecore EX7 with its four M515S LEDs.Read C

Tonight we're going to be checking out this awesome compact EDC flashlight from Nitecore. This is the EX7.Watch L
It's a bad boy. It's got Luma Shield. It's going to do a lot. It's going to do a lot. And you know what? It's not that big. So, it's EDCable. And check this out. That's bolted right on there, isn't it? Don't have to worry about that coming off. And then, of course, where the USBC goes in. and uh charges it up. Oh yeah. Well, check this out. This is the this is the big deal.Watch N
I've enjoyed using it. Like the way it feels. The tail cap is magnetic, so you can stick this to things. Uh well, underneath the tail cap, we have a large 5500 milliamp hour battery, which is charged via USBC. And I will say I'm not generally or usually at all a fan of rubber flaps to cover the power ports, but this one has the form factor of a large square.Watch M
Um now, the beauty of this light is down to the M515s um array of LEDs that they have in here. Essentially, what they've done is they've took a flashlight, or really what they've actually done is they've took three different flashlights and they've been able to cram it into one light with the way in which this uh the the M515s array of LEDs works.Watch D
I think this is pretty cool. It's versatile. And so you're going to be able to use this for longrange spotting as well as close-up and mid-range use as well. So let's have a look at what you get in the box. And unfortunately Nyqu have not included a box in my review model. So it's that new at this stage. So I've just got the EX7 flashlight, though they have fortunately included a battery here.Watch R
So, pretty cool deal there. Um, put that cap on. There is a seal there on the uh tail cap. So, this thing, you have your uh power button right here, which gives you your battery life on one side and your output on the other side.Watch C
The Nitecore EX7 is a high-performance flashlight with three customizable beam patterns designed to adapt to any scenario. With a maximum output of 6,000 lumens and a throw distance of up to 546 yards, it’s an essential tool for outdoor exploration, search-and-rescue, and patrolling.Watch C
Super excited to bring this to you, showcase it. Uh everything you see here is going to be a little bit different from the release candidate. So let's wait no further. Open this up. See what's in. This is exactly how it came. One O-ring, one lanyard, and we have one light. Let's go ahead and take a look here at the flashlight. There it is. Now, right off hand, you can table stand that if you need.Watch B
That is a sick finish. Uh, that right there is checkered finish. Really good grip. Very easy button. Boom. Boom. Boom. bump the old lumen shield on there as you know with your night cores. You do also have the double clip right here. So you could put this on the bill of a cap. I tell you right now, this clip freaking ridiculously strong. This one, okay, still ridiculously strong.Watch L
As you can see, the outputs in this light have uh very generous field of view and of course the bugs like it. Okay, I've switched to spot mode.Watch B
The selling point of this feature on the EX7 is that it doesn't sacrifice water resistance like mechanical zoom lights or the high price of electronic pizzeria lights, while still providing versatile lighting for a variety of uses.Watch T
So, this is a great flashlight for that.Watch G
There's a lot to love about this lightWatch Y
and I have been lucky enough to have sort of partnered up with them and they have supplied me with some flashlights and I have acquired some on my own because I do like the product and I think that they make a an outstanding flashlight. I do like other companies too like Oite. Oite makes a really great light and Streamlight makes a really really great light as well.Watch T
So, it's fantastic that they include that. Uh, next, you have a really high quality USBA to USBC cable. Uh, it's super super thick, but y'all know me. I have that one over here that I constantly use. So, a lot of these don't really come out. But, I do love the fact they even included a little Velcro strip here to make it uh a little easier to keep this nice and neat.Watch T
This is a good device. I want to say that this is already a really serious device. So, let's probably take a look at what's included. I'll leave a promo code for a 10% discount and a link to the official website in the description below the video, so feel free to use it. The promo code is also valid on other websites listed there. So, it goes on its own pedestal, as you can see .Watch P
The Nycore manual for this EX7 was exceptionally easy to understand and follow. really well worded and clear. The user interface is not what I'm used to, but it is very good.Watch O
This here the NL 2155 HP 5500 milliamp hours 20 amp battery. Uh very nice nightcore battery. A 21700 3.6 volts translating to 19.8 W hours of power. That's a good deal. So for all of you that did not like the fact that Nightcore has been introducing all of those integral batteries, well right away this should be a good positive for you.Watch

Tl;Dr: The build quality, ergonomics, switch, indicators, charging, brightness, and runtime are great. The clip is good. The adjustable beam is fine but I think a different implementation with two throw LEDs and two flood LEDs would have been better. This multi-die LED seems better suited for a small single-reflector light.Read N Nightwalker Lab Nightwalker Lab · 72.9K subscribers · Oct 2025
If you're buying for tactical or EDC, you won't agree with many of the features on this light and should look elsewhere. But if you're in industrial maintenance, facility managers, warehouse ops, that's who built this for. Hence mounting on machinery, different beam types all in one light for checking deep tunnels and comfortable close-up work. It all sounds perfect, right? But there are some drawWatch G
The throw beam is decently throwy at 40kcd and 16cd/lm, but can’t touch a proper single-LED thrower. Still, it’s much throwier than the flood beam and does a decent job. The hotspot is brighter and the spill is dimmer compared to the flood mode. The flower petals in the spill are quite pronounced in this mode.Read 1

This is the Nightcore EX7 and it is advertised as 6,000 lumens. Now, 6,000 lumens should be pretty bright. So, I'm excited to take a look at this flashlight and see how well it operates. Nightcore did send this flashlight to the channel so that we can take a look at it and see how well it works. Inside the box, you're going to find the manual.Watch W
Here it is EX7. Here is a new flashlight from Nyore. Mine is a sample that Nyore gave me. Okay, this one is very interesting. And it uses new LED here. Um 45 core M515s LEDs. Okay. Here in um OP factor this one 6,000 uh 6,000 lumens met for metro about 500 m. 63,470 candola. Okay. Here um aluminum alloy single size switch here. The size switch when you press it. Okay.Watch B
This is the EX7 from Nightcore. Now, of course, it does come with their lumen shield. That is pretty much their turbo option. Um, standard construction, aluminum construction. You do have a fixed pocket clip there. It is dualsided for sure. You got your charging port as well. USBC charging. Um, you've got some definite milling going on.Watch S
This is a new Nycore EX7 um light. U this is a quite an interesting light. Um you know I've said in previous videos I like checking out interesting things and this is no exception. And I mean these the the technology now with these lights and and stuff like that is it's amazing and the stuff that they're coming out with all different companies. Uh so again this is the Nycore EX7.Watch
