So, as far as the traction pattern goes on the 2-way V5, I'm going to have to give these a very solid 9 and 1 half out of 10. As far as the cushioning goes within this model, they do have an EVA kind of carrier around the heel, but everything underfoot is their fuel cell foam which offers a nice kind of compressed feeling and bounce back under each step.

But my biggest takeaways for the New Balance 2-way V5 is probably going to be first off the traction, extremely good traction. I just had zero issues with it. This is top tier traction.

Brilliant trainers. Really supportive, with a cushening structure all around my feet and ankles. They are super durable with a secure fit it feels effortless running around a court (indoor). I Would absolutely buy them again.

Not as good as the v3 (one of my all time favorite performers), but still a really good shoe. That and the Hesi Low v2 are staples in my current rotation.

Stability and support is okay. I think I would have liked to see a little bit more support. Uh but overall, this is a fantastic setup to play in. As for the New Balance 2A V5, you've got pretty much the same exact material setup as the Hezilo V2. Same type of mesh build. This one's a little bit more premium feeling, although it's a little more plasticky based is what it feels like.
