Of course, aesthetics don't impact performance, but aesthetics are very important to me as well as a lot of other people when it comes to buying hoop shoes. They put a carbon fiber plate in there. The foam carrier is also Super Boom, I believe. But we've seen a lot of brands approach the dual density concept by wrapping a softer foam inside of a harder outer shell.Watch K

So, really both of them stop on a dime. I would say the Wave 12 maybe has slightly more dust pick up. It's very, very good. You're going to have extremely hard bites, no issues at all on those clean courts. If you're playing on your dusty courts, moderately dusty, you're going to be fine, but you will have to wipe every so often.Watch Z
