You know, one thing that I just noticed that Way of Wade 12 maybe doesn't have as much of as the Way of Wade 11 and 10, and that's the padding on the inside of the shoe. It's still a lot of padding, but it's not as much as on the Way of Wade 11 or 10. But, other than that, I mean, this shoe pretty much dominates in the in every single category.

But, again, I like the Wow 12, in my personal opinion, the best right now because it has the best core feel

And this is my first impressions look on the brand new WOW 12. So, of course, this is Dwayne Wade's 12th Siner shoe with his own brand, which is Way of Wade. And Way of Wade, if you guys didn't know, is owned by Leaning, which is a Chinese shoe company. And yeah, this shoe looks freaking absolutely amazing

So if you like the Wow 10 Low or the Wow 10, but you want something a little bit better, you know, with again better traction, better cushion, lighter materials, and also lighter overall shoe, then the WOW 12 is a phenomenal option. And I feel like most people will enjoy this shoe. Again, like if if you're a bigger dude, I feel like you can enjoy this as well because it'll have adequate support, but it's not going to have like amazing support again

As for how the Way of Wade 12 performs, cushion is fantastic, super bouncy. Simply put, it's got Super Boom, double layered Super Boom. They put a carbon fiber plate in there. The foam carrier is also Super Boom, I believe. But we've seen a lot of brands approach the dual density concept by wrapping a softer foam inside of a harder outer shell.

Overall, if I have to decide now which is the best basketball shoe of 2026, if I could just wear one of these two for the rest of the year, I would go with the WayofWade 12. They are just a tiny, tiny little bit better than the Joker 2 GT. Doesn't mean that these are bad at all. These are a phenomenal pair

And that's why these are going to score a great 9 and 1/2 out of 10. Just keep in mind if you are playing with these on a dirty floor, you're definitely going to have to wipe from time to time.

Honestly, the traction is uh pretty damn good. Uh if you're playing on your clean courts, you're going to have no issues whatsoever. It's very, very good. You're going to have extremely hard bites, no issues at all on those clean courts. If you're playing on your dusty courts, moderately dusty, you're going to be fine, but you will have to wipe every so often.

ESB9814 says that super boom is too soft. He compares it to a mattress where he says that you would want a 6 to 8 out of 10 softness and not a two out of 10. JD Abilad has his own take. He says that it's Instacop for him if the Waveweight 12 is good for outdoor courts and also wide foot friendly.
