These things fit like a glove. I got my true size and I'd recommend that for pretty much everybody. If you are a wide footer, it might be a little bit tricky. These do run a little bit narrow through the midfoot. The good thing is this is New Balance, so like with a lot of their other shoes, they also offer a wide version of the Two Wxy V3.

Now, as for the performance, the traction was pretty elite, I got to say. It's kind of a wave bone looking traction pattern, so something similar to, say, the Adidas Superstar, aka the Shell Toes. I was a little bit worried about lateral moves just because the way that the wave bone is is like it's kind of short.

So, as far as this shoe goes, it retails for 130 bucks, which is actually a pretty good price. And the Fresh Foam B line has actually been very, very solid from New Balance. I feel like New Balance is super duper underrated, guys, for hoop shoes because I feel like I never actually, now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever seen a New Balance hoop shoe at the gym.

As to how the Fresh BB V3 performs, cushion is fantastic. One of the strongest aspects of the shoe for sure. Very bouncy on feet. You also get a good amount of compression and feedback from the midsole that is drewy delicious when you press down on the foam there. They use the fulllength fresh foam a setup. It is dual density with a firm carrier wrapping outside of a softer inner core.

Traction is very, very nice on the clean courts. Um, when you are playing on your mildly dusty, moderately dusty courts, you're still going to have very, very good traction. maybe the occasional wipe just to clear off any dust that does get stuck onto the outsole and you should be good to go. And even on extremely dusty courts, I personally had no issues.

In 2023 they put out one of the best shoes of the year , and perhaps the best new Balance Basketball shoe ever, the New Balance TWO WXY V3. The New Balance TWO WXY V4, therefore, has a very high bar to clear.
