Here's the skinny: So far the Napoleon is quite a bit better because 1) it came fully assembled and functioned well from the first cook.

This is the second time we've tried it and it's pretty damn good. This is the Napoleon Prestige 665 grill. Really versatile, amazing barbecue. As you can see, we've got three burners on. I'll just quickly lift it. Give you a look. So, we gave it a bit of a turn. I'm just going to uh give it another turn. See how this nice a lot of heat comes out of the back cuz there's a gap.

I've had my Prestige Pro 665 for about a year now and I'm just not really happy with the performance. My 18 year old Weber S670 was just much more predictable, even heat. This Napoleon has just really really intense hot spots (back mostly) and really really intense cold spots. Secondly, it seems like after about 6 months the overall BTU has dropped noticeably.
