But, trust me when I say this cooks extremely evenly and you're not going to regret it in terms of the overall cooking performance. Let's go through some of the features and just talk about the grill itself. It has these nice trays on both sides. Right now, mine is a little bit dirty. I do have a grill cover for it, but we've just had a lot of pollen here recently. So, it needs a good cleaning.

What stands out right away is how evenly it cooks from edge to edge. So steaks, burgers, and vegetables finish together without babysitting or shuffling food around. I would put this in the sweet spot for a backyard gas grill. It is for I who want reliable, repeatable results without fussing with a charcoal chimney and for I who care about actual grilling performance more than flashy extras.

I did notice that the sear marks on the E-310 were less pronounced than the ones on the SE-335. Guys if you think you're going to be searing often, having that extra burner is something to consider it's nice to be able to save time on the pre heat, and you know you have a little bit more power.
