  2. Wirecutter’s 2026 review calls this the budget pick, but notes its lower BTU output and fewer features compared to higher-priced models, making it a “budget” rather than a true value option. The Serious Eats guide lists it as a budget choice but warns that it may not deliver the same performance as the E-310 or E-425.

The editors here at PopMech constantly test grills and have been impressed by a Weber Spirit time and time again. The EP-435 won our Yard and Garden Award for the best gas grill, and the new 2025 model of the E-210 is currently our pick for the best value option.

You still get that 10-year warranty from Weber. You get the 26,500 BTU's. The basically the nice uh lid there. So, just opening up inside. And you've got the the nice ignition I wanted to mention, too. Um you've seen that even on my Genesis II videos. Quick starting with the ignition there. And going in into the grill, you've got a little warming rack there.

The Spirit E-210 is a game changer. With porcelain-enameled cast iron cooking grates that retain even heat, your taste buds are in for a treat. No more unevenly cooked meals, just juicy, perfectly grilled goodness. Second, are you sick of grills that crumble under the elements like a sandcastle in the rain? Weber knows how to build a grill that stands tall against time and weather.

The ignition has been reliable in my use. The snap-jet system is simple enough that I don't really think about it anymore. I press and turn the knob, and the burner lights. That matters more than people think because a grill that hesitates to ignite or needs repeated attempts gets annoying fast. With this one, startup has been consistent for me.

It seems like a solid, well-featured grill.

Went together quite easily. Very quickly. About an hour and a half took me to assemble it. Great instructions. They scored an A+ on that part of it. Everything fit properly. Didn't have to make things work. It all went together quite well. Um part of that is that uh all the bolts, uh pardon me, the nuts are spot welded to the backside of the frame.

The rest of the barbecue as mentioned uh in the original and second video is holding up quite well. Um I'm really pleased with it overall.

It lights consistently. It heats evenly for its size, and it is laid out in a way that keeps my tools and prep space close without taking over my whole outdoor area. I also like that it stores smaller than it looks when you are using it. Because one of the side tables folds down. That matters in real life when you are trying to keep a walkway clear, or you need to tuck the grill into a corner.

Like its three-burner counterpart, the E-210 is fine. It does have significant hot spots in the middle and middle back, with the edges registering cooler temperatures.

It works, but it's not as flexible as a three-burner grill where I'd have a more defined middle zone. That's probably the main limitation I've noticed. The heat has been pretty even for most of the grate surface. I did notice the front area runs a little cooler than the back.

What we didn’t like: This is a good, small grill. The keyword is small . If you can afford to go with something bigger and have the space, we say go for it.

Ultimately, it depends on your needs. If you need more cooking space, go for the E310. If you want a proven grill with a smaller footprint, the Einus 210 could be a good choice. Don't miss out on our next in-depth review to help you make smarter purchasing decisions.

What we didn’t like: This grill is best for two-person households. If yours is larger, go with a bigger Weber.

I see some rust starting to come through on the flavorizing bars, which is a little disappointing. Likely need to be replaced in a year or two. The center one doesn't experience direct heat, so there's no rusting on it. I removed the heat deflector that I'll clean with the pressure washer later.
