I wouldn't put this into my home theater setup. They just don't go low enough. But I'm looking at using it as a computer sub. I want to pair it up with some Micca speakers and a Fosi amp. Has to be 100x better than your typical computer 2.1 setup.Watch T
The Clipch R20 120SW subwoofer brings some serious punch to the table with a 12in front firing driver and 200 Ws of RMS power. This sub is built for those who want their bass to feel like a physical force. And in that regard, Clips delivers. Right out of the box, it's signature black and gold aesthetic stands out.Watch J
I still love them, but it's got to be the clip subwoofers. This is the R120SW. It's a great subwoofer. They say, and I believe it's one of the best budget subs you can get. It is a be It's a great sounding subwoofer. It gets very loud for a single 12. It's beautiful looking, but I've had to do a few things to this thing already that I've never had to do to any other speaker.Watch B
While the R120SW performs admirably in small to medium-sized rooms, it may struggle to fill larger spaces with the same level of impact. Additionally, some users have noted that the subwoofers performance doesn't match that of higherend models, such as those from SPS or RSL, especially when it comes to ultra low frequencies. Price-wise, the R120SW offers good value, especially when found on sale.Watch

Then I watched Interstellar between -5 db and -7.5 db. It was too loud to the point I hurt my ear and have a light ringing in it. The room is medium sized 24' x 11' and also has a partially open kitchen and open hallway. What am I missing, why am I seeing so much hate around here for this sub? Maybe coming from an 8" sub I just don't understand.Read thread A
I contemplated buying a 2nd one (the R-120SW since it's the new gen of that sub ) to complete my new 5.2.4 setup, but a quick Google search or two has (surprisingly, to me) revealed that Klipsch and that sub in particular are not held in as high regard as I expected.Read
