I was so disappointed that I went back and ordered this chair instead and have not regretted it a moment since. Not only does this chair look better but it feels great. And for about 100$ you can't beat that. One part showed slightly scratched but I think this is a packaging/shipping issue so I won't hold it against the chair as a whole (see picture below). The parts feel sturdy and the design is better than some more expensive chairs.The wheels roll well on my carpet flooring.
