I use the Aerons at work (12 hours of sitting 5 days a week) and they're incredible. I was torn between Aeron and Embody for at home gaming and ultimately went with the Embody a year ago. I don't think either of them is any better than the other but they're both definitely the most comfortable chairs I've ever had the pleasure of using. Any issues I have with one are present in the other - i.e.

I bought a Herman Miller Aeron one and a half year ago and it's been the best purchase of my life. The chair is healing my back pain. When I was testing the chairs on the shop it was like 4 hours to decide between the Aeron and the Embody because both are like being in heaven hahaha. This week I also purchased the embody. It will arrive in a few days. I can't wait!

The Herman Miller Aeron is a beautiful chair. It's also an iconic chair, showing up in dozens of hit shows and movies including The Simpsons, 30 Rock, House, and The Avengers. Barack Obama and Drake have also been seen using it. It has a permanent exhibit in the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).

This is THE BEST office chair I've ever owned. I worked for Microsoft, Sony & other big companies in my past 20+ years career, I always have the Herman Miller Aeron chair everywhere I worked. It's my choice. I even purchased one for my home office with headrest and a gel cushion pad. That's how much I love it. Cheers.

I will never regret buying a Herman Miller Aeron Remastered. So comfortable for hours once you get it adjusted to fit you. Adjusting the chair to your perfect fit may take a bit of time and you are expected to sit in it properly, no crossing legs and such.

I honestly think this is the best option for those who have bad posture like me. I have a habit of sitting in my chairs all crooked and stuff and with its set frame, it is designed to keep your legs forward only. There is no seat depth adjustment, so sitting cross-legged won't be as roomy or comfortable. But raising the chair up or down is as easy as pulling on this lever.

Have the same one for more than 3 years. Overall it is a good chair. 3 things I wish they can change 1. No seat depth and angle adjustment which my old ergohuman and zody chair has. 2. Size run a little bit small 3 postures fit cannot be adjusted vertically, and the adjustment of postures sl does not do much difference.

Resale value is insane on these. I’ve seen 15 year old chairs go for half price basically. So it’s worth it if it fits you. Doesn’t fit everyone but for those that fit, it’s fits perfectly. The lean back is magical on it, nothing else like it.

In this honest review update of the Herman Miller Aeron chair, I wanted to share with you the things I found interesting after 4 months. I go through a lot of detail on the various things I found after using it in my remote office. From the Size A model version of the Aeron chair, to the questions around the lumbar, arm rests, and even whether the Mineral color stains (yes it does)!

When I left the place I noticed that my back felt sore. I have never felt like this after sitting in a chair. The feeling went away after about 30 minutes, but this has me worried about getting the Aeron now.

This chair is not the ultimate answer to all of your questions, but it is pretty damn close to it as far as a chair goes, and this is why. It has a frame, and this frame is kind of sharp. It makes you sit straight. It's not bad, it's not good, it it's just the way it is. So, it acts like an exoskeleton, basically. And it's not really comfy, per se.
