The fact is that despite its relatively low price point, uh this chair looks really darn nice for a seat. Like it has this really mix of executive/futuristic design, which I guess is pretty befitting of the company name when you really think about it. But more than that, it's also the fact that they managed to keep the cost low by using a mix of different materials across the body of the chair.

So, when I started using the ErgoChair Pro, it felt like revisiting an old favorite. Design-wise, the ErgoChair Pro still has that modern ergonomic look. It is not the most luxurious chair visually, but it looks clean and professional enough for a home office. The first thing I appreciate is how lightweight and easy to move the chair is.

For year-round comfort in most home offices, a full-mesh or mesh-back chair is the better default. For cold climates or those who genuinely prefer the feel of padded seating, a foam or hybrid design makes sense.

I gotta be honest, I've had this for like 2 years and my back is destroyed. I can't find anyway to make it comfortable anymore. The little seat cushion it had, went after about less than a year and now my back is just constantly in pain. I spent a good bit on this and wanted it to last about 5 years but my lower back is always in pain anymore.

I have had this chair for 4 years and I highly recommend it. It finally broke (crack in the wheelbase), but its still in great shape! Customer support said it is out of the 2 year warranty it came with back then, but they are still sending a replacement part! great chair and I will by the new one as well!

But this chair makes some trade-offs to hit that price point. The biggest one is the padding. Both the seat cushion and the armrests are on the thinner side. If you struggle with tailbone pain or just prefer a plusher, sink-in feel, you might find yourself getting a little sore after a full 8-hour day.

I have the ErgoChair Pro+ (Kinn Chair) now, as of today, for a year and I've had the back replaced twice because the back material has failed so they are giving me an ErgoChair Pro (Ergo 2) as a replacement since they are having manufacturing issues with the ErgoChair Pro+ (Kinn Chair).
