I've made sure that it is 100% plugged into a usb 3.0 port yet no matter which port it always comes back with the purple light. Anytime i try to look at it through either the camera app or inside obs the light turns red and it says no signal on the display. I've tried updating the firmware but I just get the message that it needs to be a 3.0 port.

My EVGA XR1 lite Capture Card sound gets delayed after approx 30 minutes of gaming. Hoping someone might know the solution.
