Also, AUTO power mode only works with motorized tools so when using the crevice tool and the combo tool, AUTO becomes MEDIUM. The vacuum does this automatically.

It is awesome. We're in a 1250 ft apartment with mixed floors. We've got laminate, hardwood, there's some carpet, and this thing's awesome. It has like the laser beam that turns on and it kind of shows you the dirt on the floor, which is kind of helpful and really fun to use. Um, it makes you realize how much dust accumulates and it does a great job picking it up.

Absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! Received a damaged product and a simple part replacement would have been an easy fix. They make promises that they don’t intend to keep then ask you to return a product then buy the same product at a higher price without knowing if the product is damaged. They initiate order cancellations and returns without your approval.

It's pretty much completely clogged up. You can hear it fluttering and then it just stops itself. We need to have a look and see what could possibly be causing such an expensive modern vacuum cleaner to not work in such a weird and unusual way. There are countless posts about the V12 capacitor problem. At this point I am sure this is a known design flaw. There is no way Dyson does not know. They have not fixed it, not owned it, and not properly addressed it. They just keep pushing people to replace the item. At least I hope some people see this post and avoid Dyson.
