Now personally I think the Creative Stage Pro is a very powerful compact soundbar. It is able to play very clear vocals. It has boommy bass and I think is a allrounder when it comes to the audio quality. It's not exactly biased to a certain frequency which is something that I like and I can adjust the equalizer through the remote control which is really great

This soundbar is actually pretty damn decent, especially for its price range. Though, it might be sitting in a bit of a weird spot when it comes to the rest of Creative's lineup of sound bars. I'm Zen and we have Creative Stage Pro in the hot seat. And it's honestly not talked about enough how much great stuff Creative puts out.

At 4.5 x 10.4 x 16.5 inches, you may be able to slide it under a sofa, but I don’t recommend it; the driver will end up firing into the floor or the furniture, neither of which is optimal. The hard-wired cable is 6.5 feet long. That should work for most desktop arrangements, but could prove a little restrictive with some TV setups.

Overall, the Creative Stage Pro is a great soundbar to own if you don’t have enough space for bookshelf speakers. I think for an office, used with a computer, or in a den, the Creative Stage Pro 2.1 Soundbar is a great choice. For those bigger rooms or with TVs larger than 65″, I would say the Creative Stage Pro 2.1 Soundbar looks a little out of place and may not fill up larger rooms with immersive sound.

There are some questionable EQ settings, though, and we would like to hear a more generously spread soundstage from filmed content. The Stage Pro's build is still impressive for the price and its qualification for desktop duties is undisputed.

It works great with Bluetooh and USB , but Optical from my Alienware Aurora R16 desktop via Realtek Audio Optical out is extremely quiet.
