On the pro side, the video quality is topnotch. Seriously, the 2K resolution and 12x zoom are fantastic for spotting details. The color night vision works like a charm, and the wide field of view means fewer blind spots. Setup is quick, and the weather resistant design holds up in rain or snow. The battery life is solid, lasting weeks with regular use, and you can extend it with an optional solar panel. The Arlo app is userfriendly, and the dualband Wi-Fi keeps connection stable. But there are a couple of cons to consider.

On the downside, the battery is removable, but proprietary charging is required and frequent motion triggers can kill the battery faster than expected. Performance and video quality. Where the Pro 5S shines is in the video quality. Its 2K HDR capture delivers strong clarity. Faces, license plates, and details are noticeably sharper than standard 1080p cams.

Sure, they don’t offer any 2K or 4K cameras like the Arlo Pro 5S or Arlo Ultra 2. But, we found a lot more uses for the AI capabilities of Google Nest’s cameras, like facial recognition rather than higher resolution.
