I have three A119 mini dash cams that I like and work very well. I have a fourth vehicle that needs a cam and will be getting this new mini 2 for it. I also on plan on buying 3 new mini 2’s to swap out last year’s minis, and move them to the rear glass. Thanks for the side by side comparison with the V3.

Why are you still waiting to get this camera? Go ahead and grab it right now. That being said, here's a quick sample during nighttime using the A11 Mini Pro. And you can see that there are four vehicles right in front of the camera lens. Two cars and two two wheelers at the far ends of the video.

I have Been Using VIOFO, dash cams since 2013{A119}, and they have Performed very well, No Complaints, and I have also Upgraded since then to these Models, A119S(2), A119s-V3, Then the A119 Mini2, & Recently added the A119Mini Pro. I use my Older ones as a Review Camera in my Truck.

I used this guy before. Excellent cam. However, this one, it's been updated. The firmware has been tweaked apparently some hardware improvements to make it survive Australian summertime better. It's going to be better at heat resistance. I'm going to install it in this Tesla. We're going to have some fun. Excited. I'm super excited. All right, let's do it. So, in this kit, we got all these boxes.

I I love that three channel camera. So, when I'm forward driving as a YouTuber, obviously it allows me to capture action that's going on behind me. Obviously, anything that's going on in front of me, and then obviously any reaction or something when I'm driving. I'll put that in there.

Even though the unfiltered shots work fine, I really like the added saturation and clarity that the CPL filter provides. Again, this is without the CPL filter. and with the CPL filter. In the next couple of scenes, we'll examine just the HDR setting while driving into the sun. Without the HDR, the sun does get blown out more, but it still does a good job.

And I decided on this strictly because of the 60 frames per second that I know that it has. And from what I understand, you don't really need 4K. But really the the biggest difference when I was researching uh dash cams and stuff like that is it in if it has the Starvis 2 sensor, then it'll be really good. And 1440p is is good enough.

But for 2K image quality per dollar in an ultra-compact camera, the A119 Mini 2 is very hard to beat.
