The nice thing about this is that uh everything should be automatic. It should cook it to temperature and then tell us when to remove it. The thermometer basically says engaged. So, I don't have to touch any of this anymore. The app on the cell phone is telling me it's preheating. Four minutes to go. And uh the smart temperature will be 120.
