Cheapest and solid tanks for broadcasting, Samson Q2U, ATR2100X/ATR2100 …. bonus is all of them are both XLR and USB + these do not require phantom power. All previous mentioned are Dynamic microphones = up n close to speak to the microphone as in good at rejecting background sounds. AT2020 only issue is this is a cardioid microphone….

So, yeah, I do recommend it. Also, it has like a headphone jack, pretty sure. Yeah, you can see right here cuz it's like an OG mic, so you know, it has a headphone jack. Rode, Shure & Sony mics are all $200 - $500+ USD, each, not including any extra accessories to use with it, like the boom arm, extra batteries, or a charging docks, so if that’s not in your budget try the Samson Q2U first!

If you specifically want an USB/XLR mic, the Q2U is the best in this range. However, the Audio-Technica ATR2100xUSB or AT2005USB can be had for less money. The latter is available for $39.50 in the AT Outlet Store.

The stand is a lightweight mix of plastic and metal, but it’s not very sturdy. It’s very easy to tip over the mic with a slight bump, and the wide length of the legs makes it awkward to place on a desk. The Q2U comes with a wind guard to shield the mic against bursts of air when speaking.

If you can't deal with those issues I recommend looking elsewhere ,but if you are able to deal with those issues you can get some great recordings for a $50-$70 mic.
