The PowerBlock Elite USA adjustable dumbbells have been a game changer for my at home workouts. One pair replaces an entire rack. These dumbbells can go all the way up to 90lbs which makes it so easy to hit any workout you want. The stand is built just like the dumbbells, rugged and durable. Adjustable dumbbells are the best addition to a home gym and I am thankful to choose PowerBlock.

For many home gym enthusiasts, the domestic production of the USA model is a major point of pride and a perceived indicator of tighter quality control. The expansion trap. This is the most important difference to remember. The expansion kits are not interchangeable. If you buy the Elite USA, you must buy the Elite USA expansion kits directly from PowerBlock. If you buy the Elite EXP, you must buy the Elite EXP expansion kits.

The expansion kit integrates with the PowerBlock Elite USA system as expected, and while shipping times may vary, the process itself was consistent with manufacturer estimates at the time of purchase.

The PowerBlock Elite EXP at $399 covers the range most people actually train in, and can grow beyond it without requiring you to buy an entirely new system.

I’ve got the elite USA’s now, and I love them but it’ll be cheaper for me to just buy these than to buy the expansion kits.

With that in mind, I’d only recommend buying PowerBlock dumbbells that are expandable to at least 90 lbs .
