Nuna MIXX Next

P Parenthood adventures Kristin · reviewer · Sept 2025

Although I tested all of the strollers on this list, this is the setup I initially went with, and honestly, I still think it’s the winner. The MIXX Next folds like a dream, glides over airport floors like butter, and pairs seamlessly with the PIPA Lite RX car seat — which, by the way, is one of the lightest infant car seats out there.

If you want something you can use from day one without adding anything else, the MIXX next is hard to beat. If your routine involves errands, multiple stops, and carrying more along the way, the DEMI icon gives you more room to work with over time.

The first thing is, in the suspension, they have enhanced suspension, and just to demonstrate to you how awesome the suspension is, I can, like, balance this, it is like bouncing your kid, it is so secure, so strong, and it's going to be so smooth going across snow or across the playground or eroded sidewalks, this is going to push beautifully if you're pushing your child around your neighborhood.

T The Strategist Liza Corsillo · reviewer · Feb 2026

I have been very impressed with the Nuna Mixx Next stroller in both style and function. It is larger and heavier than most of the other strollers I’ve tried, but it also offers a luxury experience that is pretty unparalleled.

Nuna is a well-loved brand at Magic Beans and beyond! Their products are high quality and as functional as they are beautiful. If you're shopping for a premium Nuna stroller, you may be comparing the Nuna DEMI Grow and Nuna MIXX Next.

O Orbit Baby Michael Krantz · reviewer · Sept 2025

Its maneuverability is excellent, and the multiple recline options work especially well for infants. While many parents love its compact design, some feel like it has drawbacks when it comes to use by toddlers.

The MIXX shines when you want a comfortable, premium single stroller that feels strong in daily use and works beautifully as a travel system. And in 2026, that still makes it a very smart pick.

F Forbes Alicia Betz · reviewer · Feb 2026

A Smaller Seat While I liked this stroller overall, the seat is rather small, and I don’t see it lasting into the toddler years, especially for larger children like my 3-year-old twins who have recently started to look too big for the stroller. When compared to the Uppababy Cruz V3, the seat is about an inch smaller in both width and depth.

Pros: Versatile: Suitable for both newborns and toddlers Ease of Use: One-hand recline and adjustable calf support Storage: Large storage basket for essentials Cons: Weight: Slightly heavier compared to other models Price: Higher price point may not fit all budgets

N NonToxicLab Lara Voss · reviewer · Apr 2026

Bottom line: The best option for parents who want GREENGUARD Gold certification and a stroller that works for newborns without buying a separate bassinet. The dual certification (OEKO-TEX and GREENGUARD Gold ) gives the strongest chemical safety verification on this list alongside UPPAbaby.

M momcozy Momcozy · reviewer · May 2026

You can fit three kids on this thing. Infant in the bassinet, toddler in the rumble seat, older child on the piggyback board at the back. It's like a tiny bus, but stylish. The seat has a removable liner—flip it around in summer to reveal mesh backing. Simple, but genius.

P Pushchair360 Pushchair360 Team · reviewer · Aug 2026

One parent tester who used it daily for two children over eight weeks described it as “the best slimline stroller” for city life, while flagging that folding it with the seat still attached takes a bit of practice to do smoothly and quickly.

B BabyGearLab Wendy Schmitz · reviewer · Aug 2026

However, it lacks impressive maneuverability, passenger comfort, and well-thought-out design compared to other similarly priced strollers. Overall, in this price range, there are far better strollers with fewer misteps than the Next.

M Macklem's Baby Store Up Brisk · reviewer · Aug 2026

The Bugaboo Fox 5 is the better option for parents who prioritize all-terrain performance, advanced suspension, and a super smooth ride across city sidewalks, cobblestones, gravel, and light trails.

B BubsNest BubsNest · reviewer · Jan 2026

Bulky When Folded : Some parents find the Nuna MIXX Next a bit cumbersome to fold down and store in the car boot, especially for smaller vehicles.

I did love the mixx next but I’m still debating other options and this one has been mentioned a lot I just wanna find a place to go see it

W Which? Hannah Fox · reviewer · Feb 2024

Pros: Suitable from birth thanks to its lie-flat seat, or it can be used with a compatible baby car seat or carrycot.
